Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’area Business Operation.
Nello specifico, le attività affidate saranno:
Gestione delle contestazioni qualitative e relative criticità tecniche:
- Coordinamento tra ufficio prodotto, produzione, controllo qualità e customer care;
- Direzione delle attività di reso, rimborso e/o sostituzione della merce fallata;
- Ordine e spedizione di pezzi di ricambio;
- Analisi e report dati diviso per categoria e tipologia di difetto.
Gestione e inserimento ordini di riassortimento e ordini vip;
Operazioni retail:
- Analisi, gestione e status avanzamento dei resi dai negozi retail;
- Gestione dei transfer capi tra i negozi retail.
Il Candidato Ideale è In possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in materie Linguistiche o Economiche
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2/3 anni in ruolo analogo presso aziende del settore lusso
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (ottima), la conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituirà un plus
- Buona conoscenza del sistema Stealth
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare MS Excel)
- Forti doti analitiche, proattività e capacità di problem-solving
