Chiesi CCO - Commercial Organization

Following the continued growth of the Company and the increasing portfolio complexity, Chiesi decided to introduce the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role and organization. The new organization is a truly global operating model, ensuring a uniform approach across all geographies (30 affiliates worldwide). The CCO Organization includes Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Global Value & Access and all the commercial functions of every affiliate.

Who we are looking for

Purpose

Within the Global Marketing department - Global Consumer Health Care's mission is to enable true quality of life that enhances people’s well-being. This is a team of dedicated people devoted to creating and promoting innovative well-being solutions meaningful to our customers.
The intern will support the Global Consumer Health Care Strategy & Execution Team liaising with Global functions and affiliates. The Strategy & Execution Team works to drive the growth of the food supplement brand NHCO at international level, developing global commercial and marketing strategies and supporting implementation at local level.

Main Activities

The intern will be involved in Global Consumer Health Care’s Strategy & Execution Activities, supporting the Senior Strategy & Execution Lead:

- Tracks affiliates’ sales and relevant commercial KPIs, elaborating performance reports to monitor growth of NHCO brand;
- Works closely with affiliates to track new product launches and development of NHCO portfolio at international level;
- Works closely with external market research/consulting companies for the implementation of projects aimed at gathering insights to identify unmet customer needs and growth opportunities;
- Elaborates added-value insights from such projects to enable Global Team to develop the most effective growth strategies for the NHCO brand and drive implementation at local level;
- Supports the Team to increase visibility of NHCO brand across Chiesi Group through the development of internal communications and events;
Education

Master's degree in Marketing/Communication.

Languages

**English**: Excellent level. Study experience abroad is a plus.

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of the Marketing principles
Excellent knowledge of the Office package

Soft Skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Analytical skills
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn
- Ability to analyse, synthesize, link, and interpret different information
- Good presentation skills in Italian and English (the team where the resource will be placed is international)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
