Warehouse operations and related activities are regulated by ENAC Authority (Civil Aviation Security).
We are currently seeking a Worldwide Transport Specialist who will report to the Worldwide B2B Transport Manager as part of our dynamic team in Trecate.
**Job Description**:
- Your opportunity_
You will be part of the Worldwide Transport team, supporting the Worldwide B2B Transport Manager in all activities related to the worldwide transportation of luxury goods. This role will allow you to control and manage shipments and sustain the Kering Group in all multi-brand initiatives which require the involvement of the Transport team in a moment of deep transformation of our distribution operating model.
- How you will contribute_Coordinate, organize and control inbound and outbound flows of all purchased and sold goods, according to delivery priorities, partnering with selected freight forwarders-
- Develop the sea freight distribution network-
- Manage direct relationships with shippers to identify and solve specific problems-
- Verify that shippers and stores receive all the necessary documentation to monitor the imports and the shipping progress-
- Follow up special shipments, updating Brand Retail and Supply Chain departments-
- Interact with the multi-brand and Brand-specific Customer Service teams to provide customers with information on shipments’ progress and exceptions-
- Provide Credit Collection department with information and documents on shipments, according to business needs- Who you _
- are_You are an individual with strong transportation experience gained in a company with a multinational distribution network-
- You have at least 5 year experience in sea freight, built on operations or sales department-
- You are a high school graduate, a university degree will be considered a plus-
- You are an excellent problem solver with strong organizational skills, able to handle priorities and deadlines-
- You are flexible, data oriented and sensitive to sustainable ways of developing business-
- You are a proactive and positive team player with excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders-
- You have a strong command of MS Office, especially Excel-
