Tax Specialist

Il Gruppo Santander ricerca un/a Tax Specialist da inserire all'interno dell'Ufficio Fiscalità.

La risorsa, laureata in discipline economiche, deve aver maturato un’esperienza presso uffici fiscali di società del settore bancario/finanziario, ovvero esercitato la propria attività professionale presso primari studi professionali con clientela nel settore bancario/finanziario. È richiesta una spiccata capacità relazionale, proattività e progettualità. La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Gestione delle attività di Tax Compliance di fiscalità diretta e indiretta (calcolo delle imposte, predisposizione delle dichiarazioni fiscali, pagamenti, contabilizzazione ecc.) per le diverse società italiane del Gruppo;
- Gestione/supervisione degli adempimenti IVA (verifica dei registri, liquidazioni, dichiarazione, LIPE, Intrastat, ecc.) di un Gruppo IVA;
- Determinazione del carico fiscale nelle chiusure annuali e infrannuali secondo i principi contabili IFRS;
- Determinazione del carico fiscale in sede di pianificazione (Budget, Forecast, Plan, etc.);
- Analisi delle novità normative e di prassi in ambito fiscale e valutazione delle implicazioni per le società italiane del Gruppo;
- Gestione del processo di reporting verso la Casa Madre con riferimento alle poste fiscali;
- Supporto al Tax Manager ed ai consulenti esterni su tematiche fiscali di vario genere;
- Verifica che le procedure e i processi in atto siano in linea con la normativa fiscale vigente;
- Curare l’aggiornamento normativo provvedendo ad inviare tax alert sulle eventuali novità d’interesse;
- Altri adempimenti fiscali richiesti dalla mansione.

**Requisiti preferenziali**:

- Esperienza nel ruolo, di almeno tre anni, maturata preferibilmente presso Big4 o studi professionali, società di consulenza contabile e fiscale;
- Padronanza e conoscenza dell'IVA, del Testo Unico delle imposte sui redditi e della normativa relativa alle altre imposte indirette nel settore bancario/finanziario;
- Autonomia nella gestione dei principali adempimenti richiesti dalla mansione a livello operativo fiscale;
- Conoscenza della contabilità e del bilancio;
- Propensione all'approfondimento, buone capacità analitiche e precisione nello svolgimento delle proprie responsabilità;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, in particolare con i colleghi;
- Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia sia all’intero di un team;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Conoscenza dei principali software fiscali e dell’applicativo Profis;
- Padronanza della lingua inglese.
