F&M is looking for **2 BIM specialist MEP, HAVC & Plumbing and Electrical** to be placed in the main office in Mirano (VE), for plant development and design activities in the engineering sector:
- 1 CAD Draftsman/Designer and BIM specialist MEP HAVC & Plumbing
- 1 CAD drafter/designer and BIM specialist MEP Electrical.
Primary duties include management of designation and modeling activities across disciplines, family management and implementation, problem solving clash between plants, 3D reviews with customers, extraction schedule take-off materials.
Project operability is required, as well as expertise in coordinating a team of professionals.
