Per un nostro cliente, azienda leader nel settore fashion luxury con brand affermato a livello mondiale, cerchiamo un Enterprise Solutions Architect.
- Collaborare con l’IT Area Leader per valutare la fattibilità técnica dei progetti relativi alla Digital Customer Experience, inclusi CRM, Marketing Automation e integrazioni con ERP, eCommerce e sistemi satellite.
- Coordinare e supervisionare le attività tecniche dei consulenti esterni, assicurando il rispetto delle tempistiche di delivery.
- Supportare l'analisi dei processi e proporre soluzioni tecniche adeguate alle esigenze del business.
- Fornire supporto durante le fasi di progettazione e implementazione, assicurando che i requisiti delle aree di competenza siano soddisfatti dai team di sviluppo partner.
- Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi e delle tecnologie, supportando il team di IT Analysts interno.
- Definire e sviluppare standard tecnici in accordo con le procedure e i flussi tecnici e di business esistenti.
- Coordinare e supervisionare i System Test per garantire il soddisfacimento dei requisiti di sviluppo.
- Contribuire al lavoro di squadra per raggiungere gli obiettivi progettuali.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 35 anni in ruoli simili all'interno di contesti multinazionali complessi, preferibilmente in società di consulenza.
- Esperienza nell’implementazione e integrazione di sistemi CRM, ERP, ecommerce o di gestione forza vendite
- Conoscenza di SAP, Dynamics CRM o Salesforce costituirà un valore aggiunto.
- Eccellente padronanza della lingua inglese.
- Propensione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione.
- Capacità di risolvere problemi con spirito proattivo.
- Passione ed entusiasmo per il lavoro svolto.
- Curiosità e attenzione all'innovazione.
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore della moda o dei beni di consumo costituirà un valore aggiunto.

Sede di lavoro: Milano/Padova. Previsto smart working.
