IDM, società leader di mercato per servizi documentali, vertical back office e digital transformation, ricerca un/una BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
Business development:
- Attività di hunting con obiettivo di sviluppare proattivamente nuovi clienti e canali commerciali
- Pianificazione e gestione incontri face to face, problem solving e follow up
- Gestione della relazione con il cliente in ottica di consolidamento del rapporto e di fidelizzazione del portafoglio assegnato;
- Attività di upselling/cross selling di servizi sui clienti in portafoglio
Operation: collaborare con i reparti operativi per
- Analizzare i P&L delle commesse valutandone margini e profittabilità
- Massimizzare le vendite e i servizi
- Supportare il recupero del credito e il dipartimento amministrativo
- Valutare la contrattualistica ed interfacciarsi con il legale
Marketing: partecipazione a fiere, convegni, spedizioni commerciali e attività di sponsorizzazione sui principali social media professionali.
Chi cerchiamo
- Laurea in discipline giuridico-economiche o umanistiche
- Esperienza lavorativa 3- 5 anni nel commerciale settore servizi/consulenza
- Inglese: buono scritto e parlato
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
- Spiccate doti di negoziazione, comunicative e relazionali, spirito imprenditoriale, capacità di lavorare in team

Stipendio: €25.000,00 - €33.000,00 all'anno
