Sales Account (English Speaker)

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Account Executive to join our young and dynamic team.

In this role, your main objective will be managing the incoming requests from prospective clients and converting them into actual paying customers using different sales techniques and pipelines.

You will manage the sales cycle from prospect to close, maintaining qualitative and quantitative record of your work, using the existing resources and contributing to creating new ones when necessary.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to support the creation of the best tactics to increase lead generation and set weekly and monthly KPIs.

Sales is your passion, it enables you to relate to your customers, understand their needs and able to communicate with them about WASP technologies & how they will make their job easier;

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline, with accurate and timely responses and forecast data;
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
- Report on your activities periodically and following the evolving needs of the organization.
- Contribute to the organization effort of unifying multi-channel communications into one central platform (Hubspot) to improve collaboration and integration between departments;
- Contribute to develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
- Identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives
- Create and execute inbound campaigns together with your team
- initiate and nurture strong relationships with prospects to develop an active pipeline to generate new sales.
- influence and manage the key moments of the sales cycle
- You grow into an international Sales expert and support, train, and coach our market development.
- And last and most importantly, you are the brand ambassador of WASP, essential to form the future growth of our business

**Requirements**:

- You can speak, read and write in English. --> 90% of your work will be in english
- You possess a degree in business or a related field
- Ideally, you have prior work experience, ideally, e.g. business development, customer care, customer support, sales etc..
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- You have customer-facing experience in digital,
- You have strong communication skills, are open-minded, and goal-oriented
- You are ambitious to continuously grow and develop your personal and professional skills
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers;
- Strong problem identification and objections handling skills;
- Prior experience in using a CRM;

**Preferential Requirements**
- You have prior work experience, ideally, e.g. business development, customer care, customer support, sales etc..
- You have operated a 3D printed before and or have experience in 3D modelling
- You have had experience dealing with C-level stakeholders
- You have worked in multi-cultural environments and/or internationally
