We are currently looking for an **Senior HQ Controller.**
As part of Group Controlling finance team team, the Senior HQ Controller is responsible for the financial management and planning of the 3 main holding entities within Ammega, by ensuring the overall control of all financial aspects and implementing Ammega’s best practices around accounting and reporting Booking of purchases invoices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working closely (provide guidance and periodic reviews) with the accounting and operation team to ensure accurate, timely and complete management information and compliance with legal and corporate reporting requirement
- Together with Regional and Business Area controllers - coordinate reporting and forecasting of central functions within different cost poolers (accuracy of recharges for both actuals and forecasts)
- Support the holding intercompany reconciliation process as part of the monthly close as well as the forecasting and budgeting procedures
- Implement effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company’s ledger and perform periodic balance sheet reviews.
- Planning and managing the budget/forecasting process of the 3 holding entities with involvement of all functional/department leaders in line with group guidance
- Provide explanation on main deltas of actuals vs. monthly forecast in a concise and structured way and propose recommendations
- Early warning & communication to cost Centre holders in case of overspend vs. budget
- Coordinate with Treasury on insurance recharge process, supervise properly accounting and reporting of financial instruments, cash flow and other finance items
- Accounting for global acquisitions, intercompany loans and interest, intercompany management fee, transfer pricing and bank loans
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration)
- at least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on corporate headquarters or centralized finance functions in an international company.
- Excellent in communication and cultural understanding
- Fluent in English (written and speaking)
- Experience with Microsoft Navision/D365 and Board is considered as a plus.
