Job Description The core responsibility of the Sales manager is to develop the Italian market not only selling all the services already provided by the Food Assurance line (audit, certification, labelling and training) but also proposing new ones. Reporting into the Food Assurance Italy BUMA, Eurofins is now looking to recruit a young person with a dynamic character to build upon and further develop its Food Assurance activities in Italy composed of food labelling services, certification, auditing, training. - Maintain, develop and grow customers ensuring the service proposed is adhering to customers’ needs;
- Enhance client relationship through provision of professional support services and customer care;
- Work with existing partners and developing relation with others to drive business growth and visibility on the market;
- Contribute to the establishment of sales plans and marketing campaign;
- Analyze existing monthly KPI and developing others in order to monitor the progresses - Work with marketing resources accordingly. Qualifications Equivalent of a high school or degree in food science topics; Have knowledge of the main food safety certification/audit schemes and CRM tool; A previous experience in a Certification Body or in a consultancy company will be appreciated; Must be fluent in English and have the knowledge of the agrifood chain.
