Csr and Sustainability Assistant

We’re looking for a CSR and Sustainability Assistant that reporting to the CSR & Sustainability Manager will support the implementation of our CSR and sustainability strategies.

**Main activities & accountabilities**:
Support the supplier qualification process in accordance with company policies
Plan and execute the social and environmental audits
Support suppliers to solve the non-compliance arising from the qualification and/or auditing process and follow up the corrective actions to finalize them within the required time
Assist in defining policies, procedures and all necessary KPIs related to CSR activities
Collaborate to improve CSR management
Assist to define and collect social and environmental data to map our supply chain footprint and define improvement targets
Communicate with suppliers and ensure that the certifications, information and reports on product sustainability are up to date
Review and identify current or potential risks, defining - in coordination with relevant departments - strategies for recovery and improvement

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of MS Office
Analytical and pragmatic mindset
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and activities
Good team attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Result and solution oriented
