The Change Manager Air Operations will be responsible for supporting Ground Operations leading the continuous improvement of 3P operations. This include leading the finance and investment requests in addition to the global benchmark with other regions and leading big project initiatives.
This position will require strong communication with managers, peers and team members, both within their immediate department, as well as with other departments and business partners to drive effective solutions to complex challenges.
This position can be based in eeither LHR, LIN or MAD.
Key job responsibilities
- Continuous improvement projects
- Project portfolio management supporting project owners with blockers as well as providing senior leadership project updates. This includes i) project intake ensuring all the requirements from the project owners, ii) prioritization based on effort, entitlement and Big rock alignment, iii) approval from all the key stakeholders and iv), the post-implementation process audit and analysis of actual versus expected benefits and root cause analysis. Other tasks include:

- Cooperate closely with ATS CM to incorporate Big Rocks and ad-hoc projects in the ATS CM Portfolio.
- PMV ownership for Amazon specific processes
- Follow up and analysis of pilots and rollouts as well as maintain and audit standards of 3P processes.

Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
Experience working in another logistics environment
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
