YOOX are now seeking a talented OFF SITE Business Analyst to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
Business Analyst:
- Coordinating with Group’s Controlling Team for all the requested financial planning activities (Budgets, outlooks, last estimates and so on)
- Updating and checking the periodic reports (Year to date and year to go, matching with the Targets)
- Supporting the Head of Offsite in all Strategic planning
- Supporting the B2C project manager in the financial business case of each Event (product mix, business case and DST)
- Managing the Offsite internal budget along with the Senior Operation and the Back office functions, adjusting it with the official targets
Business Reporting:
- Producing all the PPT presentations for the top management and for the Offsite Team
- Supporting Nina on the B2C presentations
The type of person we are looking for:
- Previous 1-3 yrs experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills and attitude to work in team
- Availability to Travel and to be involved in the commercial strategies and tactics as well as meeting with clients
- Proactive and active person always looking for doing more than expected
- Dedication and passion in her/his work
