Global Recruitment, Training, and Retention

**Job Summary**:Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of recruitment, developing training programs, and implementing retention strategies to ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent in locations worldwide including USA, Mexico, Italy, India, and China. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed descriptions.
- Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media and utilizes the services of employment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview processes with department heads.
- Organizing and facilitating hiring procedures and paperwork. Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.
Training:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees to ensure they are properly onboarded.
- Connect new employees with their supervisor and ensure that their supervisor has an appropriate training plan.
- Identify training needs by evaluating employee performance, skills gaps, and organizational requirements.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Manage online learning platforms and training resources.
Retention:
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and exit interviews to gather insights on retention issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop career development plans and pathways for employees.
- Monitor employee engagement and work with managers to address any issues that may affect retention.
- Plan and organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and other initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Analyze retention data and prepare reports for senior management.

**Required experience**:A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, specifically engineering positions.
**Essential education and certifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
**Necessary skills**:
- Expert in area of recruitment and retention.
- Experience with developing and implementing training programs.
- Knowledge of employee retention strategies and best practices.
- Compensation practiced in Mexico, Italy, China, India, USA
**Relevant personality traits**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Job demands**:

**Compensation and other benefits**:
- As posted
- Bonuses are at the discretion of the employer and based on performance to the maximum of 15% of base salary.
- Individual medical insurance (United Health Care) including vision & dental.
- Simple IRA Plan, Falco will match the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of 3% of annual income (eligibility will start 6 months after employment).
**Work environment**:
- Work from Miami, Florida or Merate, Italy and travel to other countries frequently

Pay: From €58,000.00 per year
