Administration nel canale Wholesale.
**MANSIONI**
**Customer Care**
- Evasione degli ordini, delle spedizioni e gestione dei reclami
- Liquidazione dei premi legati agli accordi commerciali
- Invio delle bolle e delle note credito
**Gestione degli aspetti legati alla logística**
- Contatto con le filiali dello spedizioniere in Italia
- Rapporti con i referenti logistici in Francia
**Analisi delle vendite**
- Analisi KPI
- Reporting ed analisi delle vendite
- Gestione delle richieste della Forza Vendita
- Supporto al Responsabile Commerciale
**PRINCIPALI COMPETENZE RICHIESTE**
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno un anno
- Capacità di lavorare in Team
- Autonomia e proattività
- Problem solving
- Precisione, flessibilità, organizzazione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office.
- Avere utilizzato SAP verrà considerato un plus.
