Role scope

Reporting to the Customer Development Director, she/he will ensure high quality and consistency of the Brand Experience to consumers, guaranteeing the right POC in line with brand positioning.

She/he will support the Brand Activators team for the assigned area for all the related tasks, providing KPI monitoring, relation with the external Agency (when needed), and all the staff/activities required to put in place memorable Brand Activation.

She/he will be a key reference for relations with professionals (bartender community) to create advocacy through engagement programs and Trade Fairs.

She/He will be in charge of all administrative tasks related to budget management.

Main Activities

Consumer Experience support- Support the Brand Activators team in day-by-day activities, by shadowing in the assigned area and acting as a key point of reference guaranteeing consistency and quality in the brand experience implementation through the right POC;- Proactively share field feedback with all the stakeholders involved to optimize and increase the quality of the experience provided and all the sell-out levers;- Ensure the availability of POP and all the staff needed for every Brand activation as well as POP monitoring in terms of usage and refill, being the first reference for the External agency;- Shadow the external team, transferring the right way of working to be best in class in their role.

Educational, Trade events and Bartender Community

Collaborate with Customer Development Director in defining the right approach to engage professionals and creating advocacy through Trade Fairs participation, engagement programs definition and implementation, working closely with Brand Ambassadors Team to deliver educational initiatives and training to support outlets crew and wholesalers’ sales force.

Evaluation & Analysis- Provide a set of analyses based on the weekly dashboard for daily routines KPI monitoring;- Provide a regular analysis of Bartender community and Trade fairs KPI’s to create and feed a consistent CRM.

Budget management- Monitor cost provisions related to A-Team tasks and Bartender community;- Support the Customer Development Director in POP definition to hit the POC objectives;- Open PO for the Consumer Trade Experience and follow up on related invoices and payments.

Experience- 2-5 years’ experience in FMCG beverage company;- Knowledge of commercial logic and negotiation skills;- Native in digital and social network;- Previous experience in Horeca channel will be considered as a plus.

Key competences & skills- Team player;- Market knowledge: deep knowledge of the market, its evolutionary trends and key players who operate there, maximizing business opportunities;- Promotional activation skills: knowing how to develop, implement and coordinate promotional activities on the main touchpoints in line with the strategy (brand, portfolio, market, channel);- Innovation and creativity skills: being able to generate, inspire and implement out-of-the-box ideas and solutions;- Excellent communication skills;- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint);- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
