CONSTRUCTIOR MANAGER
The Construction Manager reports drectly to the Top Management.
Activities:
Oversee and direct on site construction projects from the beginning to the completion of the site;Supporting the Project Manager to schedule deliverables and estimate costs;Oversee onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations;Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors;Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory;Meet contractual conditions of ConfidenzialeReview the Confidenzialerogress on daily basis;Supporting the Project Manager in preparing internal and external reports pertaining to Confidenziale status;Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging

ones in accordance witConfidenziale Project Manager;Analyse, manage and mitigate risks;Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction technique.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in construction management, arcConfidenzialeture, engineering or related field;
- Proven working experience in construction management;
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods;
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards;
- Understanding of facets of the construction process;
- Familiarity with construction management software packages;
- Exent time and construction management skills;
- Availability for transfers in Italy and abroad mainly in Europe;

Languages:

- English fluent, French preferable
