Principali attività
L'innovazione e miglioramento continuo che fissiamo fra i nostri obiettivi richiedono formazione e aggiornamento professionale. Ti occuperai di gestire l'organizzazione degli appuntamenti formativi, relazionandoti con i colleghi e con gli enti esterni, e utilizzando i nostri portali. Le principali attività che svolgerai sono:
- supporto e collaborazione nella progettazione ed erogazione di percorsi formativi e di sviluppo per le filiali estere
- pianificazione e gestione di calendari (formazioni Italia ed estero)
- collaborazione nella gestione di docenti/formatori/consulenti esterni
- creazione di survey interne, raccolta e gestione di risultati e feedback (Italia ed estero)

- diploma di maturità idealmente in ambito umanistico
- interesse e curiosità per il settore HR
- attitudine all'apprendimento
- dinamicità e praticità nell'affrontare imprevisti
- buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi MS-Office, in particolare Excel
- buona conoscenza delle lingua italiana, inglese e tedesca
