About You

As the Category Analyst within the Go To Market Team (Category), Consumer, in Italy, you will be responsible for managing all the Sell-Out data by interacting with our data providers and internal key stakeholders, preparing reports and guaranteeing the accuracy of the information.

You will report to the Go To Market Leader Italy (Category) and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Identifying KPIs needed to represent Category dynamics
- Being responsible for the accuracy, optimization and reliability of the reports and dashboards to support the Sales and Category Teams, in order to track market trends
- Liaising with Sales, Category, Finance and Marketing Departments to set and implement strategies
- Keeping up with key category trends, identifying new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Implementing data governance processes and policies

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Good level of English and Italian language
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent with Excel, Power Query and/or Power Pivot
- Familiar with Nielsen/IRI tools and KPis
- Commitment to solve problems with a positive attitude
