Per importante realtà del settore bancario-finanziario siamo alla ricerca di un:
**COMMUNICATION MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
La risorsa riporterà direttamente all’AD e si interfaccerà con tutte le funzioni aziendali e di gruppo. Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

- Promuovere in modo efficace l’organizzazione, il brand, le risorse, la mission e i prodotti dell’azienda;
- Identificare le opportunità per lo sviluppo di contenuti da diffondere tramite earned media, owned e paid media, in prevalenza digitali, assicurandosi che ogni messaggio sia in linea con le strategie aziendali;
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni con le figure di riferimento interne e di Capogruppo, per definire di concerto lo stile di comunicazione aziendale e le modalità di diffusione del brand;
- Assicurarsi che i contenuti del marketing digitale siano allineati con l’identità e il messaggio del brand e assistere le campagne di marketing;
- Effettuare e monitorare ricerche di mercato ed analisi dei trend;
- Monitorare le informazioni contenute sui social media (content audit);
- Redazione di contenuti per sito web e social, comunicati stampa e altre forme di comunicazione interna ed esterna;
- Monitorare e gestire menzioni, citazioni e altre referenze relative all’azienda;
- Fornire consulenza ad amministratori e altri membri dell’azienda.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Comunicazione/Giornalismo/Relazioni Pubbliche o affini;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nello sviluppo di strategie di comunicazione;

**Soft Skills**
- Competenze di marketing, pubbliche relazioni e comunicazione digitale;
- Ottima conoscenza del web e in generale di tutti i social media
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Ottima capacità di scrittura, editing;
- Creatività;
- Eccellenti capacità di pensiero critico e di giudizio;
- Capacità di consulenza e relazione con il top management;
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione.
