Our client is looking for a leader with relevant professional experience in plant engineering or project-related mechanical engineering company and a proven track record as Controlling Manager / Project Controller / Senior Plant Controller.
Who will report directly to the MD and in dotted line to the Group CFO, leading a team of 4 people. He/She will be responsible for:
Controlling and business partnering and accounting
Identifying project budget and scheduling
Monitoring, coordinating, and controlling projects
Monitoring the projects progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule and budget, while identifying possible problems that may occur
Providing regular updates on the status of projects to key stakeholders, including executives and project team members
Communicating with suppliers or other vendors to ensure the meeting of their contractual obligations
Preparing reports on project status and finances for management review
Developing and monitoring budgets for projects
Monitoring contract compliance and communicating with contractors regarding changes that need to be made to comply with contractual obligations
Managing all aspects of project accounting, including billing clients for services provided and collecting payments from them
Preparing reports for management about the status of projects
Assisting in setting financial targets and budget development
Overall, he/ she will be asked to understand the strategic plan ensuring the teams alignment with the short and long-term objectives, driving the implementation of standard processes and systems in close collaboration and alignment with the business group functions and forming, leading, motivating and engaging his/ her direct team acting as an inspirational leader with strong execution skills.

Used to work in an international environment he/ she is a leader able to effectively manage people, implement change and naturally endowed with business acumen and hands on approach.
