Account Payable Specialist

**Account payable specialist & GL**

The resource will be placed in the Administrative Office and will mainly have to deal with Accounts Payable in Oracle. A good knowledge of general accounting, tax matters, first note and balance sheet entries is expected.

We offer a temporary contract.

The resource selected for the Accounts Payable position meets the following requirements:

- Accounting Diploma and / or Master's Degree in Economics;
- Experience of at least 2/3 years in accounts payable;
- Knowledge of ORACLE ;
- Basic/Good knowledge of the English language
- To interface with Purchasing or other departments to check order discrepancies or missing receipts
- To cooperate with the person in charge of payments (detail on blocking controls or other)
- Provide analysis regarding the costs incurred (specific analysis required by the Finance director)
- Ensuring the correctness, completeness and accuracy of administrative and accounting records in compliance with company procedures, guaranteeing their compliance with civil and tax regulations (VAT).
- IT knowledge: Very good knowledge of the Office package (excel)
- Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork
- Good communication and ability to synthesize
- Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to define priorities
- Proactivity, precision and attention to details/numbers
- Ability to search for information, flexibility and adaptability
- Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility and confidentiality

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
