Per rafforzare il team Information Technology interno, stiamo cercando un/una

**Documentation Manager**

La risorsa individuata avrà un ruolo trasversale e in riporto all’Amministratore Delegato, sarà responsabile della redazione, aggiornamento e condivisione della documentazione aziendale riferita ai Prodotti Software della B.U.

**Compiti previsti e caratteristiche generali.**
- Comprensione delle logiche di base per le competenze sia tecniche che operative dell'utente Coordinamento con i vari responsabili funzionali per il reperimento delle informazioni, per l’acquisizione delle practise e per la creazione della documentazione.
- Sviluppo, impaginazione, formattazione e aggiornamento della documentazione del prodotto (inizialmente) e coordinamento della distribuzione in accordo con le altre funzioni aziendali.
- Interesse per l'attività di creazione di contenuti educativi e tecnici relativi a prodotti
- Disponibilità a trasferte sporadiche in Europa e America per attività lavorative.

**Livello di abilità**
- Conoscenza elevata dei principali strumenti di backoffice (Office, client di posta,..)
- Comprovata capacità di utilizzare soluzioni standard per l'editing, il layout e le tecniche dei documenti
- per produrre documentazione técnica
- Comprovata capacità ed esperienza nella generazione di manualistica, anche di base
- Comprovata esperienza técnica nell'uso dell'Intelligenza Artificiale per la vera creazione di
- contenuti, traduzioni, correzioni e semplificazioni di manuali, ecc
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- Conoscenza di lingue oltre all'italiano e all'inglese (tedesco, spagnolo,..).

**Nice To have**
- Conoscenza di alcune programmazioni di base / utilizzo di alcuni software standard linguaggio di sviluppo
- Esperienza di collaborazione, anche indiretta, con funzioni di marketing e vendita
- Conoscenza a livello utente, anche di base, di soluzioni CAD, ERP o MES.

**Completano il profilo**
- Abilità comunicative e facilità nei rapporti umani Medio
- Conoscenza operativa dell'uso di sistemi collaborativi di Intelligenza Artificiale (ChatGPT,...)
- Conoscenza, anche indiretta, delle applicazioni pratiche dell'Intelligenza Artificiale a supportare le attività aziendali (Sviluppo, Gestione, Finanza, Commerciale,commercializzazione,...)

Sede di lavoro: a nord della provincia di Treviso.

Orario di lavoro: full-time.
