Snam ha fissato l’obiettivo zero emissioni nette di CO2 equivalente Scope 1 e 2 entro il 2040 e un target di riduzione delle emissioni indirette Scope 3 (consociate, fornitori) entro il 2030.

Nell’ambito della Direzione Global Security & Cyber Defence presso il team Security Services & Operations che si occupa di garantire attività di indirizzo e controllo per gli ambiti di sicurezza física, definendo linee guida, metodologie, modalità operative e strumenti e valutare i rischi aziendali pertinenti la security garantendo l’identificazione e l’implementazione delle opportune contromisure di physical security operando in collaborazione con le competenti unità aziendali; stiamo cercando una brillante risorsa che, si occuperà principalmente di:

- Gestione delle attività di design delle soluzioni tecnologiche di Security e valutazione dei progetti;
- Gestione delle attività di cantiere nella fase di installazione ed avvio di sistemi tecnologici di Security;
- Gestione e Sviluppo della rosa di fornitori necessari all’esecuzione delle attività a Piano;
- Coordinamento del team di PMO per le attività di implementazione/sviluppo dei nuovi Sistemi Integrati di Security;
- Gestione del processo di Progettazione SIS e dell’interfaccia con fornitori interni ed esterni per il processo di implementazione;
- Predisposizione delle specifiche tecniche di Gara d’Appalto in ambito pubblicistico/privatistico;
- Verifica e valutazione delle offerte tecnico-economiche per i progetti di implementazione SIS;
- Gestione e Sviluppo del Piano Decennale OPEX/CAPEX di Physical Security;
- Gestione della documentazione formale relativa alle attività in corso, delle comunicazioni delle Direzioni Lavori e delle Supervisioni Lavori, dei verbali di SAL periodici.

Il profilo ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
**Must have**
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel Dimensionamento, Pianificazione, Controllo e Reportistica di progetti di physical security complessi e multilivello;
- Esperienza di gestione di progetti complessi, basati sull’integrazione di sistemi tecnologici diversi e interazione tra fornitori diversi;
- Conoscenza Pacchetto Office (word, excel, powerpoint);
- Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie applicabili;
- Inglese fluente.

- Laurea in ingegneria;
- Conoscenza dei principali software di progettazione (Autocad, Archicad, SketchUp, Autodesk, Progettazione 3D);
- Dimestichezza con gli strumenti e gli applicativi di Project Management
