**Validation Consultant**:

- (JSB.SRF.23.046)_ da inserire nel team di progetto all'interno di un’azienda farmaceutica cliente di JSB Solutions nell’area di Bologna.

**discipline scientifiche** ed un’
**esperienza in ruoli di validazione di almeno 2 anni,** maturata in contesti farmaceutici e una forte capacità di relazionarsi con diversi livelli aziendali.
- redazione di protocolli di specifica macchina (FS, HDS, etc.);
- redazione di protocolli di convalida (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ) di macchine e linee nelle fasi pre-sterile/sterile/packaging;
- redazione di FMEA Quality Risk Assessment su linee, macchine, componenti;
- redazione di documentazione técnica macchina, PLC/HMI e scrittura dei relativi test di convalida;
- interpretazione di schemi elettrici e utilizzo di programmi come Eplan e Autocad.

**Requisiti richiesti dal ruolo**:

- laurea in discipline scientifiche, preferibilmente in ambito ingegneristico (ing.elettrica/industriale/meccanica);
- conoscenza di CAD;
- capacità di lettura e comprensione di schemi elettrici, lettura e stesura P&ID;
- conoscenza base di HMI;
- competenze relative a Annex 1, GAMP 5;
- conoscenza analisi FMECA;
- buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese;
- attitudine a lavorare in un ambiente molto dinamico ed in rapida evoluzione;
- ottime capacità di comunicazione, pianificazione, decisione, negoziazione, gestione dei conflitti e gestione del tempo.

**Sede di lavoro**: Bologna presso la sede del Cliente.
