INSIDE SALES - TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST - CELL CULTURE (M/F/d) - South West region

Do you want to join us on our journey into the future? Are you passionate about making a difference within the Life Science segment? If so, you might be the person we are looking for

You will serve as a driver of business development of the cell culture consumables portfolio, driving adoption of new products and innovation, gaining share from competition, as well as maintaining the existing business and customer base and becoming recognized as a technical leader within the sales force. You will collaborate closely with other internal sales teams to drive an efficient sales process and also with Channel Partners where appropriate to support out multichannel strategy.

What you will do
- Participate in sales training programs as presented by the company to develop appropriate selling skills consistent with the Company philosophy, policies and procedures.
- Call on all organizational levels and functional areas within assigned account which influence purchasing decisions.
- Develop, write, and implement a strategic business plan for managing assigned territory annually, updated quarterly
- Deliver presentations to customers promoting new products and services. Host and assist product shows either at assigned accounts or locally on a routine basis such as semi annually.
- Use data sources to analyze and capitalize on territory opportunities with the greatest return on investment.
- Monitor competitive activities, trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which includes emerging customers.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently within expense guidelines.
- Support marketing programs and programs in other territories as assigned by the Manager.

What we are looking for
- Minimum BSc within Life Sciences required
- Some experience from a sales function in relevant industry would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong capabilities to interact effectively with all customer types
- Ability to function effectively in a high-performance team
- Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks required
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing business environment
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or similar programs required
