Join us in the Product Care Team (aftersales) and you will coordinate the implementation of product care/replacement related strategy and standards in Italy; you will analyse business processes, identify needs and solutions to meet the goal of the stakeholders involved. Moreover, you will provide guidance to field for the implementation of replacement-related processes in line with Sales Operation Planning (SOP) and you will take care of planning/monitoring on implementation of reverse flow for electronics devices. Your day to day Your responsibilities include:
Data analysis management on after sales business processes, acquiring data from primary and secondary sources. You will identify, analyse trends or patterns in complex data sets, focusing on criticalities and sharing of insights with all involved stakeholders Structure relevant analysis given a set of business objectives and indicating any new processes to be covered. Develop and maintain robust, dynamic, and highly visual reports and KPI dashboards to answer key business questions on After Sales, ensuring data alignment and all after sales options monitoring. Prototype and build models to provide automatic insights, supporting in any new processes to implement with the aim of control and monitoring. Cost/benefits analysis on new services implementation and monitoring on new activities.Setup AB-testing framework, prioritize use-cases and validate results. Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, guidelines and PMI procedures. Who were looking for Graduation in Engineering, Statistics or related field.At least 2 years experiences in data analysis or similar roles in multinational companies.Strong analytical skillsKnowledge of data visualization tools (eg Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)Excellent knowledge of Excel and statistical tools (SPSS, SAS)Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectivesLearn on the flyGood knowledge of English and Italian languages Whats nice to have Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competenciesProject Management Skills, agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines.Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details.
