Service and Warehouse Specialist

If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.- Volvo Trucks è alla ricerca di un Service and Warehouse Specialist con background tecnico/meccanico e buona attitudine commerciale.- Sarai affiancato al responsabile della gestione del magazzino e della movimentazione di pezzi e componenti per veicoli pesanti e collaborerai con gli altri reparti del service (officina e accettazione) per garantire ai clienti la migliore esperienza per l’assistenza post-vendita dei propri veicoli.- Responsabilità Principali:
- Supporto alla gestione del magazzino (flussi in entrata e uscita) e della movimentazione della merce al suo interno
- Compilazione dei documenti di trasporto cartacei e digitali necessari per la spedizione e la consegna
- Supporto alla verifica della documentazione fiscale e amministrativa relativa alla gestione del magazzino
- Individuazione dei ricambi necessari per le lavorazioni in officina e gestione dell’approviggionamento (ordine e gestione dei livelli di stock in magazzino)
- Utilizzo di software gestionali, lettori ottici, scanner di codici a barre e altre tecnologie per registrare le informazioni identificative dei prodotti
- Collaborare con il team per garantire la massima efficienza operativa e il livello di servizio
- Supportare il reparto front-office durante le fasi di accettazione e riconsegna dei veicoli al cliente successivamente alle lavorazioni eseguite in officina (apertura, aggiornamento e chiusura commesse)
- Elaborare e comunicare al cliente delle proposte commerciali su ricambi e servizi post-vendita
- Gestione della comunicazione con il cliente attraverso piattaforme fisiche e digitali
- Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa di 3-5 anni nel reparto magazzino/logística (preferibilmente nel settore automotive)
- Conoscenza meccanica di base
- Abilità organizzative e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Attitudine commerciale
- Comunicazione e gestione della relazione con il cliente
