N.1 Field Service Manager
Il Field Service Manager sarà inserito nella divisione Termotécnica con la responsabilità di implementare progetti di Service nell'area di riferimento, supportare la rete dei centri di assistenza autorizzati allo scopo di garantire la qualità del servizio erogato e la soddisfazione del cliente finale contribuendo al raggiungimento del risultato economico delle Divisione.
**La risorsa ricercata si occuperà nello specifico di**:
Monitorare le performance della rete service della zona assegnata;
Garantire alto livello di servizio offerto ai clienti;
Implementare lestrategie di service nell'area assegnata;
Promuovere nuovi servizi.
Diploma/Laurea in termotécnica, elettronica o similari
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
Orientamento al cliente, orientamento all'obiettivo
Buone capacità di negoziazione
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
**Luogo di lavoro**:
Itinerante su Val d'Aosta, Piemonte e Liguria
