Value Stream Manager

We are looking for a Value Stream Manager to join our PTS Department in our Mirandola plant.

The role will take the responsibility of our PTS (Perfusion Tubing Sistyem) line managing both Production and Technical Office.

You will have the chance to establish operational objectives and co-participate with LivaNova Leadership Team to mission of the Company.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

- In a manufacturing environment, he/she drives the long-range strategic planning process for operations by overseeing and managing all manufacturing operations.
- Defines goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with managers of manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and sales.
- Analyze the current production process in order to scout new technologies with a strong focus on Automation
- Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products.
- Develops operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures.
- Maintains safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility.
- May direct international manufacturing operations.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong professional experience in manufacturing companies
- Knowledge of technologies and processes related to industrial automation
- Capability to monitor and manage a significant number of different production operations at the same time
- Previous experience in managing lines and departments
- Knowledge of Italian and English language is a must
- Organization, collaborative personality, and leadership attitude are aspects that will be evaluated positively
