**Your Mission**
On a regular day as a _Country Leader_ at SaltPay, you will:

- Own and manage sales strategy and operations in Italy;
- Set-up and scale Sales Agent network (Hubs), the Telesales teams, Partnership network and Key Account Management team operating across the country;
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;
- Provide leadership over the sales department, lead the team, and offer professional support and expert advice;
- Work closely with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy opportunities;
**Your Story**
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and improve every day by taking ownership of their role and responsibilities. An individual with a strategic and analytical mindset and a vision for the future.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Leader role;
- Data-driven analytical mindset;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Team management experience;
- Ownership of your projects and proactivity to find solutions to business problems;
- Passion for new technologies;
