**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.

**This role in summary**:
The Analytics Manager will work directly for the Head of D2C on a cross functional team of digital specialists and will be responsible for building a strong expertise in digital analytics.
Gathering the best use cases, strategies and benchmarking across regions, structuring this data in an accessible, searchable and organised manner. You will have deep knowledge of Google Analytics and related tools and be responsible for building a data driven and analysis focused culture across the EMEA region. Establishing an on-going focus on digital analysis, building actionable, accurate and consistent KPIs and reporting, then aligning these across our markets. This is a key role that will deliver accurate and actionable insights and measurement to a variety of stakeholders, to drive the focus and centralise the customer in everything that we do.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- The Analytics Manager is responsible for setting a compelling, consistent and clear vision for data capture, measurement and analysis across the EMEA region and will be expected to work with a global network of analytics experts to ensure a global standardised methodology for analytics.
- Manage the regional Agile Analytics Team who are a combination of in house and agency staff with multidisciplinary capabilities (Google Analytics tracking analysts, web analysts, backend data manipulation, website (GTM) front-end dev, Tableau and Datastudio developers)
- Provide both SME support and capability for the Digital Product teams to execute their data collection, data tracking and insights strategy and provide stakeholders with qualitative reporting and actionable business insights.
- Update and release Analytics Tracking Guidelines as a reference playbook for the entire region, for ecommerce and branded websites
- Management of the region analytics budget and high-level projects that serve multi-market & brand teams
- Creation and management of our core reporting process to ensure we have the right data and insight to drive our business

**Requirements**:

- Be highly visible within a multidisciplinary team of experts, promoting analysis and a data driven culture ensuring the markets and teams have access to the best evidence possible, and are using it in designing and optimising their products. This includes taking a leading role in the development and infrastructure of the performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the regions.
- Deep understanding of Data & Analytics, specifically Google Analytics and its related product suite. You will also understand Digital Product & Marketing needs, challenges and opportunities for a multinational company
- Ability to lead multi-functional delivery teams, providing motivation and support to ensure project objectives are met/exceeded (often across multiple concurrent projects and markets). This includes teams across UX/UI/Developers/QA.
- Experience of helping markets translate business requirements into well-defined analytical problems that can be solved, creating regional consistency for our performance measurement. This includes ownership and management of core analytics process and definition creation across the EMEA region
- Fluent written and spoken English
