**Contract: Full-time**
**Location(s): Cecina | Pisa**

**ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**

**This role works in a multidisciplinary environment, with a particular focus on mechanical engineering projects. This role is responsible for**:

- Review RfP documents and confirm scope of work and material selection based on Client specifications
- Coordinate with Team Leads to ensure timely delivery of estimations to support Proposal creation
- Coordinate design creation and delivery by the technical team, both internally and with suppliers, reviewing all documents before delivery to Client
- Interface with Client to receive responses to technical documents; communicate changes to technical team while controlling Project scope
- Establish and monitor Project costs against budget
- Establish and maintain Project delivery schedule based on Client requirements and Supplier workloads, coordination of drafting, purchasing (when applicable), construction (when applicable) and quality control
- Coordinate all Project-related technical and commercial correspondence, including all internal communications as well as communications with the Client and Suppliers
- Inform Sales and BU Manager(s) of Client-requested changes to Project scope and/or design that affect Project costs, interfacing with Client to manage “extras”
- Advise BU Manager(s) and Administration to ensure that Orders are updated according to agreements with Client regarding “extras” or other activities that change the price of the original order
- Maintain billing schedule with Administration, managing Work-in-Progress and payments in arrears
- Follow-up with Client to pursue subsequent projects and opportunities

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of modern Project Management platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Project Accounting and industry best practices

**LANGUAGES**
- Italian (native or equivalent)
- English (professional working proficiency)

**EDUCATION**
- High school diploma or higher

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years in role

**INDUSTRY/SECTOR**
- Oil & Gas, Renewables, Chemical, Power
