**DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO**

A diretto riporto dello Store Manager, il/la Floor Manager fornisce supporto al responsabile del punto vendita e rappresenta un punto di contatto fondamentale con il personale di vendita.

**MANSIONI**

**Vendita/Competenze Commerciali**:

- Svolge le attività connesse all'apertura e chiusura del negozio: sistemazione merce, briefing informativo per il Team, esposizione nuovi articoli sul muro di appartenenza in area vendita ecc.
- Gestisce il proprio reparto ed assicura un'ottima coesione fra tutte le zone e i dipendenti del negozio.
- Controlla periodicamente la redditività, attraverso il monitoraggio dei KPI: Gain, Profit, ATV, UPT, ASP, Conversion Rate, vendite dei "chioschi", vendita degli articoli del negozio.
- Coordina e anima la squadra di venditori e supervisori: delega loro varie missioni, ne verifica la buona realizzazione, comunica regolarmente obiettivi e risultati dei diversi reparti.
- Partecipa all'attività di vendita e garantisce un livello esemplare di servizio al cliente.
- Si occupa di eventuali reclami dei clienti, in modo efficiente e cortese.

**Amministrazione/Gestione delle Risorse/Formazione e Sviluppo**:

- Supporta il responsabile del punto vendita nell'attività di reclutamento dei collaboratori e si impegna a garantire la loro formazione iniziale ed il loro positivo inserimento nel team.
- Svolge i compiti amministrativi connessi all'assunzione: raccolta dei documenti necessari per le nuove assunzioni, archiviazione contratti ecc.
- Identifica il potenziale dei dipendenti e si adopera per la loro crescita, fornendo feedback giornalieri. Utilizza a tal fine gli strumenti di formazione disponibili: e-learning e intranet.
- Stabilisce e organizza gli orari dei collaboratori in base alle fluttuazioni dell'attività e ai picchi di vendita.
- Monitora la condotta dei dipendenti e segnala eventuali comportamenti non in linea con le politiche aziendali.
- Garantisce la sicurezza generale dei beni e delle persone del proprio negozio, in collaborazione con il dipartimento di protezione del profitto.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Garantisce la buona presentazione generale del negozio in collaborazione, ove presente, con il team Visual Merchandising: rispetto degli standard aziendali, rotazione delle scorte e densità dei prodotti, evidenziando i nuovi prodotti, le variazioni di prezzo, ecc.
- Garantisce la regolare manutenzione delle aree comuni e dell'area vendita/magazzino mediante la pulizia giornaliera mantenendo l'ambiente pulito, sicuro e accogliente per la clientela.

**Logistica/Prevenzione delle Perdite/Cassa**:

- Detiene le chiavi del negozio e ne assume la piena responsabilità, gestendo la merce ed il personale in ingresso ed uscita.
- Partecipa attivamente alla prevenzione e al controllo delle perdite del suo negozio in collaborazione con il responsabile della protezione del profitto mediante: zonizzazione, controllo delle consegne, audit/inventario regolare e straordinario.
- Esegue l'apertura e la chiusura della cassa garantendo la gestione quotidiana del registratore di cassa, in vista della chiusura amministrativa mensile del negozio.
- Supervisiona l'incasso, gestisce i resi e i rimborsi dei clienti.

**REQUISITI**
- Precedente esperienza nella gestione di punti vendita strutturati preferibilmente in contesti dinamici e multinazionali;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Leadership e buone capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Word ed Excel).
