IT Internship

**About the role**:
Currently, we are offering a full-time internship role in our IT department supporting our global team. This is an office-based role in our HQ in Desio, Milan.

**Main activities you will be involved in**:

- Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
- Troubleshoot issues related to system functionality and provide solutions through online or telephone support services.

This role involves great international exposure and customer relations, paired with opportunity to get experience working in an international company with some truly exciting projects.

**What we are looking for**:

- Enthusiasm, proactivity and can-do attitude
- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of Databases, C#, MVC..
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
