Logistic Planner

Envolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, selects a Logistic Planner/Warehouse Manager for a prestigious multinational company operating in the eyewear sector.

**Job scope, Main Responsibilities and related activities**

As warehouse manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex industrial/logistic department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Here some responsibilities you will have:
v Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals in order to ensure that the warehouse operates in an efficient way;

v Supervision, organization and training of warehouse staff;

v Develop operating systems by controlling product handling and storage requirements, equipment usage, inventory, door flow, and shipping methods;

v Manage the warehouse team to solve daily operational problems and gain short
- and long-term performance goals;

v Supervise day to day operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;

v Study workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service;

v Management and monitoring of international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas;

v Provide a safe and healthy working environment.

**Requirements**:
Master degree in Engineering or Economics

Problem solving

Experience in logistic planning

Data analyst skills

Good relational skills with focus on team management

Fluent Italian and English
