SCOPE:
The Junior Treasurer that will be part of the Treasury Department, part of the Finance dept

TASKS:
Ensure the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
Management of payment schedule to suppliers as well as monitoring of WF approvals
Reconciling of bank statements against the GL
Control and reporting of fees charged by banks according to contracted terms
Operational treasury reporting (flows, balances, bank charges) and forecast projection
Daily calculation of the financial position of the company
Check and verify cash and receipt transactions
Responsible forinterest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report
Interface with financial institutions

Profilo

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Economics or Business Administration
At least 3/4 years of experience as treasurer gained preferably in multinational fashion companies
Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Excel
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of treasury software (Piteco, Kyriba, DocFinance, etc.) will be a plus
Fluent in English and Italian
Solid knowledge of general accounting
Attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Positive and proactive attitude, confidentiality and discretion
Flexibility and ability to interact with various company levels/departments and team-work oriented
