As an Automotive Technical Helpdesk Advisor, you take care of the analysis, the management and the resolution of critical technical issues.

If you own a relevant Engineering degree, you have technical experience in the Automotive sector and you speak Italian and English fluently, then read on

**What will you be doing on a daily basis**
- Provide technical support, diagnostic assistance and technical information (by phone or other platforms) to dealers and authorized repairers for troubleshooting;
- Ensure that repairs are carried out according to the National Sales Company’s technical procedures, guidelines and standards (brand, repair times, cost, spare parts);
- Identify repairs that can be improved to properly resolve technical problems;
- Participate in technical courses related to new launches in the Italian market;
- Support the Technical Department of the National Sales Company in processing cases of recall campaigns.

**Who are you?**
- Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive);
- Approx. 1-3 years of experience in an Automotive technical assistance centre;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Customer oriented approach;
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Ability to work independently and in team.

**Working pattern**
- Milan;
- 40 hours per week.
