**Product Manager RTW**:

As a key industrial platform for some of the labels in OTB’s portfolio,including Maison Margiela and its MM6 advanced contemporary line, Jil Sander, Marni and Diesel’s shoes, bags, and small leather goods division, Staff International also works under an exclusive worldwide license with Dsquared2 and Koché.

La risorsa sarà responsabile di tutte le attività che riguardano l’intero processo di sviluppo prodotto RTW dal concept iniziale fino al prodotto finito in stretta sinergia e collaborazione con la Brand Owner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinamento e gestione del processo di sviluppo della collezione in tutte le fasi: dalla scelta materiali, alla ricerca di accessori e tecniche per collezione di ricerca di forte sperimentazione.
- Gestire un team di product developer lavorando a stretto contatto con il Design Office della Maison per ricevere input e schizzi per la nuova collezione
- Garantire il rispetto dei tempi concordati per lo sviluppo della collezione.
- Collaborare quotidianamente con il Reparto Modelleria per verificare lo stato di avanzamento della collezione e garantire la consegna e la qualità dei capi
- Partecipa alle riunioni di fitting prototipia e campionario con il design office
- Ricerca materiali e accessori partecipando a fiere di settore
- Ricerca lavorazioni dietro input dello stile e scouting ricamatori e lavorazioni specifiche.
- Controllo coerenza quantitativa e qualitativa degli output di progettazione e prototipia.
- Garantire il corretto passaggio delle informazioni al team production in tema di fasi e lavorazioni del campionario per ottimizzazione l’attività di lancio produzione
- Garantire il corretto utilizzo dei sistemi dedicati allo sviluppo prodotto e analizzare eventuali punti critici
- Anticipare potenziali problemi nello sviluppo della collezione
- Impegnarsi per soluzioni innovative

**Job Requirements**:

- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ambito product development con focus RTW presso aziende appartenenti al settore moda/lusso
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese fluente
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di gestione team
- Proattività, flessibilità e dinamicità
- Problem solving
- Teamwork
- Disponibilità a trasferte
