**Junior Consultant Monitoring Public - ROMA**

**Public Monitoring** è la linea di servizi di **KPMG Advisory SpA** dedicata esclusivamente ai servizi per le amministrazioni pubbliche che supporta i propri clienti nel miglioramento dell’efficacia e dell’efficienza di processi ed organizzazioni, indirizzando l’incremento delle performance economico-finanziarie.

Ricerchiamo per la sede di** Roma** professionisti che abbiano forte interesse per il settore pubblico e/o in ambito sanitario, nello specifico in servizi di consulenza organizzativa meglio se a favore di enti pubblici - centrali o locali - o para-statali (ad esempio: ambito controllo di gestione, BPR e BPM, valutazione delle performance e degli impatti, revisione dei modelli di servizio gestione ed erogazione delle prestazioni, ricerca finanziamenti a valere sui fondi europei - PNRR, trasformazione digitale, digitalizzazione dei processi e dei servizi, valutazione delle politiche pubbliche, studi di fattibilità per il finanziamenti di interventi pubblici ).
- Laurea magistrale in economia, scienze economiche, giurisprudenza o equivalenti
- Risulta premiante la conoscenza dei settori: Previdenziale e Assicurativo Pubblico, Socio-sanitario, Servizi sociali e alla persona e Welfare locale
- Interesse a lavorare su tematiche pubbliche e/o in ambito sanitario;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo spiccate abilità nel lavorare per obiettivi e forte attitudine al problem solving, buone doti comunicative e relazionali, focus sul cliente, entusiasmo ed elevata motivazione alla crescita professionale, naturale propensione al lavoro in team e disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte.

**Public monitoring **is the **KPMG Advisory **line of services dedicated to the public administration, helping its clients improve their processes and organisation, driving an increase in financial performance.

We are recruiting professionals for our **Rome** office with a keen interest in the public sector and/or in the field of healthcare, specifically organisational consulting services, ideally for central or local public or semi-public bodies (e.g., in management control, BPR and BPM, performance and impact assessment, service model reviews, management and provision of services, search for EU financing under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, digital transformation, the digitalisation of processes and services, assessment of public policies, feasibility studies for the financing of public projects, etc.).
- a master's degree in business, economics, law or similar;
- knowledge in the following sectors is an advantage: social security and public insurance, healthcare services, social services and local welfare;
- interest in working in the public sector and/or in the field of healthcare;
- excellent knowledge of English.
