**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and a process-oriented approach to effectively implement ideas
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
