**ATTIVITÀ / RESPONSABILITÀ**

La risorsa è un professionista o un imprenditore con uno spiccato interesse per il mondo business e per la formazione e con il desiderio di supportare altri imprenditori offrendo conoscenza e mentoring al fine di automatizzare i processi e scalare il loro business.

Si occuperà di condurre il check-up aziendale (prodotto entry level), svolgendo il primo incontro con gli imprenditori clienti per l’analisi dello stato aziendale attraverso la metodologia SBL e procedendo, poi, con la proposta della migliore soluzione di mentoring strutturata ad hoc sulla base delle specifiche esigenze.
- Instaurare un rapporto di fiducia e collaborazione con gli imprenditori e comprenderne le reali esigenze e necessità;
- Gestire in autonomia la relazione con il cliente e la conseguente trattativa commerciale;
- Promuovere e presentare i servizi ed i prodotti offerti dall’azienda;
- Offrire un servizio di consulenza, con appeal ed autorevolezza.

**REQUISITI**

Il professionista ideale dovrà avere maturato le seguenti competenze:

- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 10 anni maturata in ambito di consulenza aziendale;
- Capacità di utilizzo di CRM e, preferibilmente, di Salesforce;
- Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Office (in particolar modo Excel);
- Conoscenza approfondita di tematiche aziendali in materia di leadership, gestione finanziaria, marketing, lead generation e vendite;
- Ottimo standing, buona dialettica e spiccata attitudine commerciale;
- Capacità di instaurare rapporti interpersonali, con competenza ed autorevolezza al fine di acquisire la fiducia dei clienti;
- Spiccate doti organizzative e forte attitudine al team working e al problem solving;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

**Requisiti preferenziali**:

- Conoscenza di Calendly per la programmazione di appuntamenti ed agenda;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (Livello B1/B2);
- La conoscenza della lingua Spagnola verrà considerata un plus.

**MODALITA’ DI LAVORO**

Il Business Mentor comunica le proprie disponibilità ad SBL inserendole su un calendario apposito per svolgere le sessioni di incontro con gli imprenditori clienti: l’azienda prevede una media di 4 incontri al mese con sessioni singole della durata di 3/4 ore cad.

Il Business Mentor può indicare in quali città sul territorio nazionale è disposto ad andare ad erogare i check-up aziendali; le spese di trasferta saranno rimborsate da SBL.

Compenso provvigionale, variabile sulla base delle disponibilità concordate

Compenso medio mensile lordo (secondo la media di disponibilità riportata precedentemente) di circa € 2500 - 3200.
