SAP QM Consultant (Italian Speaking)

Currently, we are seeking a talented and motivated SAP QM Consultant to join our team.

Role Description:
As an SAP QM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in implementing and maintaining the SAP Quality Management module for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of SAP QM solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP QM functionalities and strong problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements to design and configure SAP QM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality management strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Configure SAP QM module to meet client requirements, including quality planning, inspection planning, and quality control.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality assurance.
- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate SAP QM best practices and solution capabilities.
- Collaborate with the development team for customization and enhancement requests.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP QM related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP QM trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong experience as an SAP QM Consultant, with expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Quality Management module.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP QM functionalities, including quality planning, quality inspections, non-conformity management, and quality notifications.
- Proficient in SAP QM configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with business processes related to quality management in various industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
