**Your role:
As Apprentice in Time and Attendace team for Italy you are responsible for support and performance of the time and attendance processing function, including entry and maintenance of T&A related data. You conduct 4 eyes principles and ensure accuracy for time and attendance data entries. You deliver best in class customer services by answering time and attendace related inquiries and build partnerships with peers, HR Business Partners and internal clients. You handle complex time and attendance tasks and function as point of contact for external authorities if necessary. You focus on continuous improvement/optimization opportunities and take ownership for their implementation. You are responsible for updating procedures and work instructions when necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency.

**Who you are:
- Education in Italian Labour Law
- Fluent Italian and good English
- Knowledge of systems and technology that support time and attendance; education in legal regulations

- Focus on continuous improvement opportunities related to efficiency and time and attendance best practice
- Ensure consistent utilization of company policy, standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
