**Your role & mission**

As Industrialization Leader, you will be responsible for the coordination and industrialization of equipment. Reporting to the Technology Manager and managing a team of 4 people, you will be the key reference for Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Design departments. Coordinating the industrialization team, you will be responsible for managing the industrialization of the electrolyser products from the design phase through the manufacturing life of equipment, developing and providing relevant tools, recommendation and information in order to supply, manufacture, test and install the product at the appropriate safety, quality and cost. You will also support production department to ensure achievement of customer project targets and implementation of preventive actions. You will drive technical documentation alignment from equipment configuration to installation and test and you will support transversal program on modular test and continuous improvement.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and take part in the Industrialization of equipment.
- Build the Road Map / expectations for the industrialization of the products;
- Launch and manage the start of assembly activities;
- Have control on the most impacting parameters on the industrialization process;
- Providing technical leadership and interface with Manufacturing, Sales and Sourcing depts.
- Put in place and follow indicators (technical losses, Overall Equipment Efficiency, etc.) and ensure targets are reached;
- Propose improvements to reach specifications or to be more stable;
- Participate to problem solving analysis and ensure support to Quality department;
- Identify any risk in terms of costs and quality in case of new product to be manufactured, anticipate these risks on the equipment itself and adapt process accordingly;
- Follow equipment updated designs in case of new products request for modification and put them in place;
- Guarantee support to the bid and proposal team.

**Your profile**
- Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering;
- Have a solid industry experience within a process engineering or mechanical engineering role;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent both in Italian and English;
- Excellent knowledge of industrialization process;
- Knowledge of Electrolysis, Atex, PED is required;
- Knowledge of ERP tools;
- Flexibility to travel worldwide;
- Be able to work in a multi-cultural global organization, with open and inclusive mindset;
- Strong initiative spirit;
- Adaptability to change and good anticipation skills;
- Excellent leadership skills.
