Controller Apac/americas

**Responsibilities**:
**1) Management Control System Management**:

- Defining the technical structure of the profit and loss statement for profit centers and the cost center plan;
- Continuously improving the reporting and analysis system;
- Managing the monthly closing of financial statements for international locations and developing an effective reporting system for variance analysis;
- Analyzing costs and operational efficiency, proposing improvements and optimizations;
- Managing software (SAP CO, Power BI, Excel).

**2) Civil-Managerial Interoperability**:

- Knowledge of statutory accounting and reconciliation with the management system;
- Ensuring compliance of financial statements for foreign subsidiaries.

**3) Interaction with Business Functions**:

- Working in a team with business functions such as sales, purchasing, and production to analyze the value chain and cost efficiency.

**4) Interaction with Foreign Locations**:

- Conducting periodic monthly controls and preparing reports.

**5) Budget and Five-Year Business Plan**

**6) Plant Controller**

**7) Support to the CFO**:

- Assisting in the approval of purchase and sales price lists, new projects, and investment management;
- Collaborating in determining transfer pricing and conducting internal audits.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Accounting or Management Control;
- At least 5 years of experience in management control roles, preferably in international contexts;
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, results-oriented;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP CO, Power BI, and Excel;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and effective communication with various business functions;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Availability for international travel.
