Mapp are searching for a Renewals Manager to join our team on a 5 month maternity cover contract in Milan.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
We are seeking a dedicated, talented, successful Renewal Manager to join our high performing and well-established Client Services Team. Our Renewal Team is responsible for the retention and growth of our client base.
- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Strategic management and support of existing key accounts
- Proactively manage the client life cycle
- Support our key customers in the development of their digital marketing strategy
- Coordinate regular communication with our customers
- Product presentation before marketing decision-makers of large international companies
- Advise clients on Mapp Digital’s products
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers on account management
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals, key performance metrics and exceed those goals
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage success, high customer satisfaction and renewal
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
- Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
- Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to long-term contract renewal
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight

**THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- 3+ years' experience in Key Account Management
- Excellent communication skills across decision-makers at different levels
- Perseverance and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables as well as internal obligations
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
