Sales Administrator The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator include but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities Handling all incoming enquiries to the sales team with prompt action. Generation of renewal and co-term quotations. Production of weekly sales reports using Sales Force to monitor renewal deal allocations and statuses. Distribution of the weekly report findings to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and regional and country sales teams. Assistance with data gathering for weekly renewal rate forecasts. Collaboration with ISRs throughout the region to ensure target achievement. Preparation of visual reports for senior management using Excel & Power point. Price list and data analysis. Miscellaneous administrative duties to support the wider channel team. Requirements Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes preferably within a B2B environment. Previous experience in sales would be an advantage. Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills. Multi-tasking capabilities and initiative. Sales Force and MS Pack Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic English language skills are essential Other duties may include:
Building & Facilities:
handling of all B&F related matters in liaison with employees, suppliers and syndic. Quotes, internal purchase requests and work follow up. Events & Meetings:
handling of Sales office meetings (Training, Customer, Internal). Meeting room booking, room/coffee/lunch set up, catering orders, hotel/taxibooking for internal/guests. Admin:
handling of miscellaneous admin tasks; office supplies orders, office phone and reception, business cards orders.
