**Witailer** is the marketplace optimization and data analytics brand of **Retex** **S.p.A. Società Benefi**t**, a MarTech company that promotes and accelerates connections between brands and stakeholders, guiding companies in the transition towards a new meaning of Retail. Utilizing proprietary software, we assist brands in increasing their online sales on marketplace platforms to help optimize marketing and advertising activities.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as **E-Commerce Operations**. If you have a knack for deep dive analysis and you are smart and highly motivated, this is the right role and place for you This is a great opportunity for you to learn and develop new skills and will work with innovative marketplaces, data visualization and business analysis tools.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily audits of the catalogue to check products health, minimize chargebacks, file additional documentation and information required by marketplaces;
- Lead quality assurance of all executions, ensuring our clients' products land correctly on marketplaces;
- Deal with marketplaces support to maximize catalogue saleability and content optimizations attainment;
- Support the Advertising Team during peak seasons creating and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI;
- Ensure adequate order management to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction managing Witailer clients' end-to-end; marketplaces fulfillment process without exception;
- Support the teams streamlining and optimizing processes identifying improvement areas at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluent in Italian and English. Other European languages (Spanish, German, French) would be a plus;
- Ability to manage and prioritize well across competing requirements;
- Aptitude to work across multiple teams and projects to deliver significant impact on the business;
- Passion for technology start-ups and e-commerce;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- High IT Literacy proven use of web and associated technologies (Excel, Power Point, Google apps).

As a E-Commerce Operations Intern, you will be part of the **Digital & Business Performance practice** and you will be managed by our Client Strategist. You would be based in our offices in **Milan** and you would have the possibility of working remotely.
**The internship lasts 6 months and leads to a full-time permanent offer.
