**Sales Manager**
Northwave is looking for a Sales Manager figure.
**Responsibility**:
Ensure the realization of the sales budget;
The Figure is responsible for the definition of the commercial strategy and its implementation;
The Figure will promote the development of the Business in line with strategic objectives of the Company.
**Soft Skills required**:
- Preferably previous experience in the sports industry (especially cycling and snowboarding);
- Request availability to travel in Italy and/or abroad;
- Excellent quantitative analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility, dynamism, precision and organization;
- Strong Customer orientation and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English (a second language will be considered a plus);
- Good knowledge of excel.
**Location**: Onigo di Pederobba (TV).
